One of the facts that people who are just getting started donâ€™t know is that there if a large turnover in most grantwriting and development positions--the average tenure in a grantwriting position is just about 2 years. I think this is because so few people understand the job tasks before they get into a grant writing position.
The assessment included in this book is designed to help you determine for yourself if you have what it takes to become a skilled and successful grant writer. Youâ€™ll be asked questions to help YOU decide if this is for you. While many different types of people ARE grant writers, not all of them thrive in the position.
