The solutions in this book almost entirely cured my severe tourettes, and it has helped many others do the same. Until I found the solutions, I had severe tourette syndrome almost all my life. It was embarrassing and frustrating beyond belief. It started when I was about ten years old. I started inexplicably blinking especially when talking to someone. I couldn’t stop. It earned me the nickname Blinky and it all just about ruined my social life. Especially in preschool, being picked on by other kids is heartbreaking.
