Hunt returns from Hidden Valley and feels like a new man. He visits Dr. Green and receives great news.
Charles stops to visit as he passes through town and Hunt informs him that Dr. Green asked to speak to him regarding the proposal for the new hospital.
Hunt’s ability to handle a gun after his recovery is tested when a man comes to the saloon and creates havoc. Hunt attempts an arrest, and the man goes for his gun.
Dakota returns from the Academy after training and decides to stay in Denver.
Hunt sends his men to track and find the ones that are responsible for a train robbery in New Mexico.
A rancher, his wife, and ranch hands are found shot to death, and their horses and cattle have been stolen. Hunt’s men begin a long search to bring the bandits to justice.
A groundbreaking ceremony for a new hospital is the talk of the town, but one man that had planned to get wealthy from the sale of land for the hospital is angered and files a lawsuit against Charles Crawford and the city of Denver for being prejudiced against him. Hunt is forced to intervene before thing get too far out of hand.
