In this volume, he discusses halakhic topics related to liturgy, the holidays, tzedakah, conversion, medical ethics, and the State of Israel. From 1990-1996 Golinkin authored a column entitled Responsa in a Moment which appeared in Moment magazine (1990-96) and forms the basis for the book Responsa in a Moment, Vol. 1.
