Hoodlums, the local media empire and City Hall itself present a backdrop of characters on both sides of the savory story line and form the basis for conspiracy theories that slowly find a final focus.

It truly is time for a change, and our friends intend to make it happen. And drive cool cars. And wear some serious fashion. And, of course, sport awesome capes. After all, what self-respecting superhero doesn’t wear a cape? Especially before becoming a superhero?
