Bad Blood: Lucius Dodge and the Redlands War (Lucius Dodge Westerns Book 2)

Book two in the dark and gritty Lucius Dodge Western Series by the author of Brotherhood of Blood.

Texas Ranger Lucius Dodge knows he’ll need a fistful of firepower and nerves of steel when he’s sent to bring back a prisoner wanted for murder and find Ruby Black, the beautiful niece of his commanding officer, who’s disappeared in the blood-drenched region known as the Redlands.

The search for Ruby takes Dodge and fellow lawman Boz Tatum to Iron Bluff, a town ravaged by a long and bloody clan feud where casualties are rapidly mounting on both sides. Caught in the crossfire, it’s everything Lucius and Boz can do to save Ruby from the slaughter and bring her back alive. Only thing is, they have to save themselves first . . .

“A writer who can tell a great adventure with authority and wit.” —John S. McCord, author of the Baynes Clan novels

“One of the top writers of Westerns working in the genre today.” —Peter Brandvold
