I will start by saying I never do reviews, but I really do hope that this will help someone make the decision to read this book. I have struggled for over 10+ years with bipolar 2, depression, and anxiety mixed with some adhd, and probably some ocd lol. I also let my husband read some excerpts on certain topics and he was able to have a better understanding of some things which is HUGE because he has definitely taken the brunt of a lot over the past 14 years weâ€™ve been married. I just hope and pray that this book gives someone out there the hope it has given me.
