Dogs are disappearing. Lucy Hickey-Rios, the Executive Director of Mercy Animal Shelter, is used to reuniting lost dogs with their owners. This is different. More than two dozen dogs have vanished in a matter of days. Lucy and her crew are desperate to find those responsible and return the dogs to their families. Why were they taken?
