â€¢Humans thrive on routines so creating a routine will allow you to naturally develop a new habit.
â€¢Donâ€™t procrastinate. Decide on a change and start it right now.
â€¢Make things easier on yourself by planning ahead. For example, you can prepare meals ahead of time so that they are ready when you need them.
