Each of these detailed plans will help you locate within a given temple the mythological scenes and special features you should not miss. The first three chapters are devoted to ancient Khmer history, religions (Hinduism and Buddhism), and architecture. These chapters (a total of 85 pages) have been presented in a clear, thematic fashion, to make these subjects easily accessible to non-specialists.
