Molly Kaminski is a strong willed till girl, working the late shift. Jamie Jenson is a beautiful, hot headed thief in need of money. Their paths are about to cross in a way they could never have anticipated…

When Jamie tries to rob the mini-mart where Molly works, she doesn’t expect an argument. Not with a gun in her hand. But that’s exactly what she gets. Molly, at the end of a very long work day, has no patience for a hold-up and instead of giving her aspiring robber the contents of the till, gives her the business end of her temper instead. Both as bull-headed as each other, it becomes a standoff, with neither willing to back down.

And then, just when both of them think the night couldn’t possibly get any worse… What do you know? There’s always further to plummet.

Because there’s someone else in the shop, Henry O’Donnell, a teenager with a crippling crush on Molly. And when he interferes with the robbery, thinking he’ll save his one true love and be hailed a hero, he accidentally does something quite different. Something he didn’t know he could do.

He curses Molly and Jamie to be stuck together, attached by an invisible force. Forever.

Unbeknownst to Henry, he carries a magical ‘gift’ passed down the family tree. And now Molly and Jamie, two people who were five minutes from killing each other, are doomed to stay together until defective Harry Potter can figure out how to undo his dodgy hex. Which is harder than it looks. But if Molly and Jamie can just stop arguing for two minutes, maybe they could find a solution. As well as something else.

What if all the anger between them translates into another kind of passion altogether?

Joined at the Hip is a fun romantic comedy with a dash of magical realism. Or, as the author would prefer to call it ‘magical sarcasm’.
