Today I got into a fight!

I had a grudge match will something that was trying to kill me. But first this thing was going to destroy my life and my health. At first we were friends but not anymore. After you helped me destroy many relationships, just so you could enjoy my company. After a big breakup or long day at work, you sat on my lap as we enjoyed my favourite TV shows.
Some times at night I get up, just to check on you.
Just to she if your still good and have a little piece.
But deep down you are evil, and today we will battle.

Today was different, I woke up this morning and looked at myself in the mirror. You were downstairs coming my name but I did not listen
( "This time!")
Thinking about you I realized that I'm starting to look like you!

A Muffinâ€¦!

They call it a "Muffin Top," How bizarre!
Who ever came up with that name, was right!

"I do look like a muffin!" Hell if I put on white tee-shirt with red hat, I'd look like a cupcake with a cherry on top.
Afterwards I cleaned up, and put on me clothes to start the day. While pulling up my pants I realized that my new colorful belt was unseen. My muffin top covered the array of colors, which maybe why no one every noticed my belt. After all I am a "fashion diva!"
I then realized that I'm filled with fat! But only around my belly. I don't drink beer but I was starting a beer gut.

Suddenly I remembered what the grandmother use to say! You are what you eat! I had started to become like the muffins and cupcakes I enjoyed so much. I wouldn't care too much if my belly fat was evenly spread throughout my body. But to gather in one place my "mid section" This can't be healthy! or look very appealing. Here I am walking around thinking I look good in my fancy new dress. But my belly rolls are clearly folding into my dress. My lower back hurts, the extra weight make me feel just heavy and winded.

I then decided to "fight back my belly fat."
