The Christmas Spirit: A Short Story

Adam Tanner's happy and seemingly perfect family is going all out to decorate their house for Christmas this year, but when a friend brings distressing news about one of their neighbors, Adam finds himself thinking more and more about how much one person can change another person's life, for better or for worse, through action or inaction.

In the end, he will have to make a choice: will he pay forward a kindness someone else shared with him years ago or will he do nothing and allow nature to run its course?
