Kristi Bronwyn is having the time of her life. A month shy of her eighteenth birthday, she's already been accepted to one of the best Ivy League Universities in the country, her social life is the envy of most teenage girls, and best of all, her best friend from childhood has moved back to town and they've rekindled their friendship with a twist.

The Brandon who moved away was a kid, but this new hot guy looks like he just stepped off the pages of a glossy magazine. Her friends all envy her, but Kristi knows that no one could ever break the bond of their friendship that had been formed when they were kids, to destroy the new love they now have for each other.

And then one day she wakes up in a strange room in a strange house with no memory of how she got there, and things just go downhill from there.
