Mirrors, imported Italian marble, glowing lights, glass cases that shine so you can clearly see the Rolex watches on display. Gone are the caged in loan booths replaced by nice loan areas where you can sit down and relax. In fact no worries about where you sit because the place is so clean youâ€™re wondering if they can teach your kids how to clean their bedrooms. Where you feel like you are conducting a legitimate transaction and not something illegal.

Designers such as Tiffany, Levian, Rolex and Cartier line the jewelry cases. Kincaid paintings hang on the wall as if you have walked into an art studio and Lladros are displayed elegantly on a shelf. Purses with names like Coach, Jimmy Choo, and Louis Vuitton are selectively hung so the quality of the items can be seen and touched by those interested in purchasing.

Wowâ€¦and the service that you receive! A smiling face dressed in uniformed attire such as Khakis and a polo shirt or even a suit that actually ask if they can assist you. Employees that are willing to educate you on the quality of the gems and metalsâ€¦in fact are willing to take the time to show you whatever you want. A place where you are educated on the merchandise that will get you the loan amount you needâ€¦or determine is it better to get a loan or sell?
