Tsangar (Afghanistan War Series)

On July 5, 2006, the 3rd Platoon, A-1-32 10th Mountain Division, is ambushed near the village of Tsangar in Waterpor Valley, Konar Province, Afghanistan. Outnumbered and taken by surprise, the platoon masses its firepower and forces the insurgents to fade into the mountains. They evacuate their casualties and continue their search for the enemy. This is the first of four books about the 3rd Platoon, which then moves to the Korengal Valley. Look for the next books in the series involving the 3rd Platoon A-1-32 in the Korengal Valley.
