It is 1955, Charlie lives in a small town where he does the odd jobs for various people. This is the only work he can get. Charlie by no fault of his own he is just not a smart as most people. He is the constant butt of jokes and insults. A new doctor in uses an unsuspecting Charlie for a experiment. It is suppose to make him smarter. Charlie is smarter. A whole lot smarter with new unexpected powers. Man who has been made fun of and put down has decided to get some revenge especially against the ladies who took pleasure in humiliating him.
