Pre-Suasion by Robert Cialdini is a powerful book. It's very likely that most people in the marketing industry have heard of his first book, Influence, but Pre-Suasion is arguably more potent and full of relevant information for the regular reader. It took Robert almost two decades to come back with a second book, and it's hard to argue that it wasn't worth the wait.
