A continuation of Volume 1, more training and diet information. On top of this there are many pictures of Vince Gironda and many others who knew Vince like Arnold Schwarzennegger, Lou Ferrigno, Frank Zane, and the list is too big too list. Many of the pictures from inside the gym, and sharp images at that, many taken from negatives. May I note this book in my opinion was meticulously laid out to blend in page to page.
