Tom Bailey runs a fishing charter in the Bahamas as a cover for his more lucrative people-smuggling service. His new client wants to be smuggled into Haiti and back out again, no questions asked. And, most important, he’s willing to pay top dollar. But who is this man—a tax dodger, a philanderer, a spy…or something much worse? This gig could pave the way for Tom to finally walk off into the Caribbean sunset, if it doesn’t get him killed first.
